Having started playing in Summerland under the direction and instruction of Allan Crossley and Larry Crawford, Stan plays in ensembles around the South Okanagan and teaches at Summerland Middle School.  Although his passion is Jazz, he enjoys playing many styles of music and takes most opportuities to do so.  Two of his songs are on the cd "Open Space".
